TERMS OF SERVICE

Breaking my TOS will lead you to warnings and then blacklisting from buying future designs/commissions from me.

Payment

Ko-Fi (allows Paypal and Stripe) and Cashapp
I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.
Payment MUST be upfront to avoid scams.
Additional fees will be charged if character has very detailed design.
An extra character in the commission will cost extra. (for example 2 characters is double the price.)
DO NOT send payment before approval of commission.
Inappropriate behaviour towards me will result in a refund and blacklist.
No refunds AFTER commission is done.
If you file a chargeback after commission is done, you will be blacklisted.
If you'd like to cancel the commission before completion ask me first.
If I don't finish within 2 months (unless I'm working on other commissions) I'll refund you.
If I cancel a commission I will refund.
I have the right to decline or cancel a commission.
Client is not allowed to use commission if it was canceled. (Taking my sketch to someone else to finish it)
You may have up to 3-5 adjustments on the sketch maximum.
Finished commisions may only be used for personal use. No commercial uses. (Unless stated otherwise)
I tend to rarely upload commission pieces on social media, but let me know if you do not want me to upload it on my social media.
You may reupload the commission piece I did for you with credit.
If you take credit for my work, or attempt to erase my watermark you will be blocked and blacklisted.
DO NOT UPLOAD THE COMMISSION PIECE IN AI SITES YOU WILL BE BLACKLISTED.

Request for commission (social media message or ko-fi listing)
Send oc reference(s) (digital unshaded reference is prefered)
(optional) Sending photo references to help with the commission.
Choose what kind of commission you'd like.
I'll send Ko-fi link for payment. (Unless you'd like to pay after seeing the sketch)
I send wips of commission.
After I finish the commission you'll get an option to download the final product from a google drive link.
You may get 1-2 minor adjustments of the finished commission if I'm missing something, or you'd like a hue/filter change.
